How I Use CBD Every Day Without Becoming a Hippie

Things I never in a million years thought I’d say…

I am a daily connoisseur of CBD!

And I looove it!! Lol. 

I was always intrigued by the reports of CBD and it’s benefits but wanted to wait to try it out myself until I found a company I could trust. I wanted assurance that it would be 0.00% THC, organic and totally safe. I found it!!

Here’s how I’m using it and what I’m noticing:

  • CBD Oil – I’m using a dropper full every night before bed. I’m sleeping so much deeper and actually waking up rested before my alarm clock goes off! My anxious feelings have decreased, as have my stress-induced migraines. 
  • CBD Muscle Rub – From years of playing the piano (hard! ), my thumb and wrist need a little extra TLC. This stuff does the trick and feels amazing. I also used it this morning on my back after sleeping funny on it. The Muscle Rub has become a staple for us when we experience mounting head tension or anything else that just feels “out of place.” 

The first time David rubbed it on the back of his neck, he was shocked that he had a greater range of motion as he turned his head from side to side! He now asks for it as soon as he has any sore muscles. Isn’t it fun when your spouse sees that these natural products are legit? 

  • CBD Calm Roll-On – I’ve been using this daily as well, applying to my wrists and back of my neck. For one, it smells amazing! But it’s also been super effective at helping me breathe and find a place of peace. 

I experience a lot of anxiety when I board a plane, and if there’s any extra turbulence, my anxiety meter tends to go off the charts. Anyone else?! Recently when I’ve flown, I’ve lathered this oil on my neck, wrists, chest, hands, under my nose – haha – and I have been amazed at its calming effect. I still clutch the arm rests or my husband’s hand when the ride gets bumpy, but I’m much more calm than I was before.
